Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nuvora Digital LLC (doing business as "Nuvora Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or purchase our digital products. We sell to customers in the United States, the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere, and we take the privacy laws of those regions — including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — seriously.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
Nuvora Digital LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Suite B1057, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Email: support@nuvoracorp.net
2. What data we collect
- Order data: your name, email address, billing country, and the products you purchase. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) and never touch our servers.
- Contact data: the name, email address, and message content you submit through our contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through server logs and — where you consent — analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we process your data (legal bases)
- To fulfil your order — delivering your digital products and providing customer support (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
- To comply with legal obligations — tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To run and improve our business — fraud prevention, site security, and aggregate analytics (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interests, balanced against your rights).
- With your consent — optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the store, under contracts that protect your data:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) to handle payments;
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) to serve this website;
- Email delivery services to send order and support emails;
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, your data will be transferred to the US. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, providers certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years), contact-form messages for up to 2 years after resolution, and technical logs for up to 12 months. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the GDPR (or UK GDPR) gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a resident of California or certain other US states, you may have similar rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@nuvoracorp.net. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. Access to customer data is restricted to personnel who need it to provide support.
9. Children
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
