By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and digital delivery

All Products sold on this site are digital goods (such as downloadable PDFs, templates, and links to duplicate online workspaces). No physical items are shipped. After a successful payment, delivery details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within minutes. See our Delivery Policy for details.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) unless indicated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details. Depending on your country of residence, local taxes (such as VAT for customers in the European Union) may be added at checkout where required by law.

4. License and permitted use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product files or access links;
• publish the Product or substantial portions of it, whether free or paid;
• claim authorship of the Product or remove proprietary notices.

All intellectual property rights in the Products and this website remain with Nuvora Digital LLC or its licensors.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on all Products, as described in our Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not limit our voluntary 30-day guarantee, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.

6. Your account and accurate information

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. If you do not receive your delivery email, check your spam folder first and then contact us at support@nuvoracorp.net — we will re-send your access promptly.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping content at scale, submitting malicious code, or using the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law entitles you to do so. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.
